Your mind works on two basic levels: the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. You are more familiar with your conscious mind, it corresponds to your five sense and is responsible for all of your daily routines such as: eating, exercising, working, and the social activities.
Your conscious mind has another important job which it doesn’t receive enough credit for: it the doorway into your subconscious. Your subconscious perceives through intuition — urges from inborn impulses — it does not wait for the slow method of conscious reason. Have you ever thought about what you were thinking about? Think about that! An acute awareness of your subconscious thoughts will allow you to understand what you’re REALLY thinking or why you REALLY did something you did. Those quick thoughts that vanish before coming into fruition are our subconscious thoughts. It is is important to, first, acknowledge them, and then, second, learn from them. If the mind is not honest, righteous, and exact it can become harmful and have damaging effects. If the mind is not clear it can be influenced by corruption, lies, and devious intentions.
